Order And Delivery

To place an order, kindly email us at ovencreations@gmail.com, with the following details:
- state the party/event date on your email subject, important especially for urgent orders
- your name
- your contact number
- your email address
- the item(s) you wish to order, and the quantity
- the required theme/design
- for customized fondant cake, please state the number of guests so that we can advise a suitable cake size
- collection date and time
Minimum of 3 days notice is required for an order, and preferably 2 weeks in advance for customized fondant cake, subject to availability of baking slots.

Delivery Time
11am to 2pm
2pm to 5pm
5pm to 8pm

Delivery Fee
S$20 
Free delivery for order of S$200 and above.
Self collection is at Jurong West, collection time is subjected to availability between 10am to 6pm.

Payment Mode
Invoice with order and payment details will be emailed to customer once an order is placed. Payment must be made via ATM/IB transfer within 3 days upon receipt of invoice, otherwise order will be cancelled without prior notice and baking slot will be given to other customers. Order will only be confirmed upon payment received.
